Molly N. Albertson is an Associate with the firm and practices civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense and health care law. Ms. Albertson represents physicians, medical practice groups, and other health care providers in the defense of medical malpractice lawsuits and professional liability claims.

Ms. Albertson earned her law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2014, where she graduated with honors. During this time, she was an editor of the University of Toledo Law Review and a member of the Health Law Moot Court Team. Ms. Albertson participated in the National Health Law Transactional Moot Court Competition in Chicago, Illinois and was a member of a three-person team that earned First Place at the Great Lakes Negotiation and Mediation Competition in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Ms. Albertson was a Teaching Assistant for Contracts and Property and was the Vice President of the Health Law Society. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University.

After law school, Ms. Albertson served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge Joy Flowers Conti of the Western District of Pennsylvania. In this capacity, Ms. Albertson performed legal research and drafted opinions and bench memoranda. Prior to this clerkship, Ms. Albertson was a Law Clerk for an employment law firm and an Analyst for the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C.
